Yoga for Connection (to yourself and others)

Saturday 19th November
2.30pm to 5.00pm

Birchwood Leisure Centre
Longmead, Birchwood, Hatfield AL10 0AN

No previous experience of yoga necessary
Through mindful movement, breath and stillness, tune into yourself and find a place of centred/grounded presence. Tuning in to your inner wisdom.
From that place of connection with yourself we will do some exercises to connect in a playful and authentic way with others in the room. Exploring boundaries and how it is to be seen and accepted by another as you are.
My experience of being in a safe space and connecting authentically felt like coming home. The experience helped me to accept and love myself more.
By the end of the workshop it is possible to feel a warm connection to yourself the group.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Also a notebook or journal and a pen/s.
The venue has free car parking.
Investment £20. Early bird £15 before 6th November 22.
