Slow Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing.
Classes are suitable for all, including beginners. Movements are practiced slowly with awareness of body and breath, encouraging you to keep your attention in the present and accept yourself as you are. More challenging variations may be offered, but we will always start with a basic position so you can choose what feels right for your body according to your needs. The class ends with a guided relaxation, so you leave feeling calm and refreshed.
